These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the TravelWise mobile application (“Application”) provided by Our Small World (“Service Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

Use of the Application

The TravelWise Application is provided as a free service to help users manage trips, expenses, itineraries, and travel-related data. You may use the Application for

personal, non-commercial purposes

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application;
• Create derivative works based on the Application;
• PUse the Application in any unlawful or harmful way.

All trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider.

Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to update, change, or discontinue the Application (in whole or in part) at any time. If we ever charge for services or features, you will be clearly notified before any payment is required.

You agree to accept updates to the Application when made available. Continued use of the Application after any updates constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.

The Application collects and processes certain personal data you provide, such as email addresses, trip information, preferences, and analytics events, in order to deliver its core features.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and data. Do not jailbreak or root your device, as this may compromise security and cause the Application to malfunction.

• Firebase Analytics
• Firebase Crashlytics

Each of these services has its own Terms and Privacy Policies. We are not responsible for their data handling or service availability.

Internet and Data Usage

Some features of the Application require an internet connection. You are responsible for any data charges or roaming fees incurred through your mobile provider while using the Application.

We are not liable for any loss or limited functionality caused by internet unavailability, low battery, or other technical issues outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to maintain a reliable and functional Application, the Service Provider is not liable for:

• Loss or damages arising from using or relying on the Application;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information;
• Data loss due to device failure, deletion, or network issues.

You use the Application at your own risk.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Application at any time without notice. Upon termination, you must stop using the Application and delete it from your device.
